Welcome to Meet Through Me (“MTM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Meet Through Me is a platform designed to help people create opportunities for personal and romantic introductions through trusted social connections. Friends or other trusted individuals (“Connectors”) may help introduce people by sharing an MTM profile with someone they believe may be interested in meeting that person.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Meet Through Me.

By creating an account, agreeing to these Terms, or using features that require acceptance of these Terms, you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not create an account or continue using features that require acceptance.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, become a Connector, express interest in another participant through MTM, or otherwise participate in MTM.

By using MTM, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
• The information you provide is truthful and accurate.
• You will use MTM only for lawful purposes.

2. How Meet Through Me Works

Meet Through Me facilitates introductions through trusted social connections.

An MTM user may invite trusted friends or other trusted individuals to serve as Connectors.

A Connector may receive a unique QR code or other sharing tool associated with the user’s profile. When a Connector encounters someone they believe the user may be interested in meeting, the Connector may share access to that profile.

The person receiving the introduction may review the shared profile and decide whether they are interested.

The MTM user then decides whether they would also like to connect.

MTM is designed to facilitate introductions. MTM does not select partners for users, guarantee compatibility, or guarantee that any introduction will result in communication, a date, relationship, or other outcome.

3. Accounts

Certain MTM features may require an account.

You agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep your login credentials secure.

You are responsible for activity occurring through your account and should notify MTM if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You may not:

• Create an account using another person’s identity.
• Impersonate another person.
• Provide materially false or misleading information.
• Allow another person to use your account in a manner that violates these Terms.

4. User Profiles

If you create an MTM profile, you are responsible for the information, photographs, responses, and other content you provide.

You agree that your profile will not:

• Intentionally misrepresent your identity.
• Contain content you do not have the right to use.
• Contain unlawful, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, or abusive material.
• Violate another person’s privacy or intellectual property rights.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to MTM.

By submitting content, you give MTM permission to host, store, display, process, and transmit that content as reasonably necessary to operate and provide the MTM service.

This permission does not give MTM the right to use your name, photograph, likeness, or profile for unrelated public advertising or marketing without additional permission where required.

5. Connectors

A Connector is a trusted person invited by an MTM user to help create opportunities for introductions.

Connectors are not responsible for finding someone a date and are not professional matchmakers or representatives of MTM.

If you serve as a Connector, you agree to:

• Use MTM sharing tools only for genuine introductions.
• Respect the privacy of the person who selected you as a Connector.
• Not publicly distribute or post another person’s QR code or profile.
• Not use another person’s profile for commercial, deceptive, harassing, or inappropriate purposes.
• Provide Connector comments or recommendations honestly and in good faith.
• Respect the decisions of everyone involved in an introduction.

MTM may limit or terminate Connector privileges if these tools are misused.

6. QR Codes and Profile Sharing

MTM may provide Connectors with unique QR codes or other tools that provide access to another participant’s profile.

These tools are intended for personal introductions.

You may not:

• Post another person’s MTM QR code publicly without authorization.
• Mass distribute another person’s QR code.
• Sell or commercially distribute access to an MTM profile.
• Use a QR code to harass, embarrass, impersonate, or otherwise harm another person.
• Attempt to bypass MTM’s privacy or access controls.

7. Expressing Interest and Mutual Connections

Viewing an MTM profile does not create a connection or obligation between participants.

A person may choose to express interest in meeting another participant.

The person whose profile was shared retains the right to decide whether they would also like to connect.

Contact or communication features may become available when the required participants have chosen to move forward.

No participant is obligated to communicate with, meet, date, or respond to another participant.

8. Respectful Use

MTM is intended to facilitate respectful, genuine introductions.

You may not use MTM to:

• Harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, or abuse another person.
• Send unwanted sexual or explicit content.
• Commit fraud or deception.
• Solicit money or financial information.
• Promote illegal activity.
• Discriminate against or target another person unlawfully.
• Scrape, harvest, collect, or distribute participant information.
• Use automated systems to access MTM without authorization.
• Attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the service.
• Use another participant’s information for purposes unrelated to the intended MTM introduction.

9. Personal Safety

Meeting people online or through personal introductions involves inherent risks.

MTM does not independently guarantee or verify the identity, background, intentions, statements, conduct, compatibility, or safety of every participant.

A Connector’s recommendation or introduction is a personal opinion and is not a background check, safety verification, or guarantee by MTM.

You are responsible for deciding whether and how to communicate with or meet another person.

Participants should use appropriate judgment and safety precautions when communicating with or meeting someone.

If you believe another participant presents an immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency or law-enforcement authorities.

10. Reporting and Account Action

Participants may report behavior they believe violates these Terms or threatens the safety or privacy of another participant.

MTM may investigate reported conduct and may, where appropriate:

• Warn a participant.
• Restrict features.
• Remove content.
• Suspend an account.
• Terminate an account.

MTM reserves the right to take reasonable action to protect participants, the platform, and the integrity of the service.

11. Beta and Pre-Release Features

During beta testing, MTM may contain features that are incomplete, experimental, unavailable, or subject to change.

Beta participants may experience bugs, interruptions, data changes, or feature modifications.

Separate Beta Testing & Confidentiality terms may apply to individuals specifically invited to participate in an MTM beta program.

12. Feedback

If you voluntarily provide suggestions, comments, bug reports, or other feedback about MTM, you permit MTM to use that feedback to develop and improve its products and services without compensation to you.

Providing feedback does not automatically give MTM permission to publicly use your name, photograph, likeness, or identifiable testimonial for marketing.

13. Intellectual Property

Meet Through Me’s software, branding, logos, designs, technology, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Meet Through Me and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of MTM intellectual property to you.

14. Privacy

Your use of MTM is also subject to the Meet Through Me Privacy Policy, which explains how MTM collects, uses, stores, and shares information.

15. Service Changes

MTM may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features as the service evolves.

During beta testing in particular, features and functionality may change frequently.

16. Termination

You may stop using MTM at any time.

MTM may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary, including for violations of these Terms, misuse of the platform, fraud, safety concerns, or conduct that threatens other participants or the service.

17. Disclaimer

MTM provides a platform for introductions and related communication.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

MTM does not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that participation will result in a particular introduction, connection, date, relationship, or outcome.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Meet Through Me and its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to use of MTM.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

19. Changes to These Terms

MTM may update these Terms as the service develops.

When material changes are made, MTM may provide notice through the app, by email, or through another appropriate method.

Where required, participants may be asked to accept updated Terms before continuing to use certain features.

The “Last Updated” date at the top identifies the current version.
